Small spaces?? "Having it all" could be a challenge, but its not impossible. Just have to think out of the box..and not in it.
You want a large study table a proper bed and enough storage space to fit within a relatively small space, then your regular floor plan will not be able to fit in all of it. But there is a way out...You need to think vertically. You might want to ask your Interior designer/Architect to give you a 3D plan to help you visualize how things will look and take it from there. And yes, as you can see, you need not compromise on style either.
A loft bed is the most popular option but there are more ways to working vertically.
It could be a mezzanine study ....
or a mezzanine bed or both!
It could just mean using corners in a creative way to maximize your advantage. Every space will have a different challenge. It could be the windows, columns, number of occupants, the purpose or use of the room. Your designer is not a magician but with experience you may be surprised what a good designer can come up with.
Warning: Vertical designs should be implemented by experienced craftsmen or under the guidance of a professional to ensure maximum stability and safety.
