Hi there, I am Shanti, a mom and an interior designer. Hopskoch is an interior design consulting firm and I am starting this blog Hopskoch to interact, exchange and share more ideas with you.

I have been researching children's rooms for the past nine years and have been designing children’s room and concept interiors for the past six years. I am enjoying every bit of it. Love designing… am a sucker for form and function and combining them gives me the "Eureka" moment.

I keep surfing the world and the net for inspiration. From Bangkok to San Francisco, I have travelled to see how cultural influences play while designing homes and rooms. Although I am a net addict i have to confess I have never blogged. So please bear with my teething problems and I will look for your support and ideas while I try and make this a single place on the net where you can get inspirations and ideas that will make your child's room the haven that it should be!
