Ways to DECORATE a room with your kids FAVORITE COLOUR

Choosing and using colours can be fun and even easy. It's worthwhile, too, as thats what ties the whole design together and makes it look cohesive rather then a visual chaos. Is difficult to cover color schemes in a single post.So I thought let me do a post for "decorating with your favorite colour". What say?

So for the sake of example I have chosen green for this post as it is a fresh colour for both genders. Its the colour of nature,of relaxation.

The most popular choices tend to be monochromatic. One color is used predominantly, but in various tones. You really can't go wrong! In this room, one wall is done with dark green shade others remain white. The funiture and the accesories are tints and shades of green. Theres a bit of brown wenge furniture too.
Feel free to add wood tones, black or white to any scheme. They never try to compete with the basic scheme.

In addition to your favourite colour, you can also choose a second favourite and use a dual tone shade in the room, You can also use these colours to accessorize the room.

Neutral background with your favourite colour as accent colour thrown here and there. This works well with tween and teens. Teens crave for bright bold colour. So this is a good way to incorporate their colour, without the room looking loud.
